The Arcade – Mikocheni 1999
It all started back in 1999, when epidor a family company created a small 15 square meter bakery and patisserie at the Arcade in Mikocheni
Samora Avenue – 2002
In 2002, an opportunity led to a move to the city center on Samora Av.
A real coffee shop with a seating area and snacks came to life.Epi d’or was once again a pioneer and was the first restaurant in
Dar es Salaam
to introduce the Espresso coffee.
Sea Cliff Village – Masaki 2006
City planning and the demolition of the shop in the city center sparked a new decisive move and epidor took a new step at the Sea Cliff village in Masaki

In 2008 strong of many years of experience – epidor decided to expand and cater for the growing demand.
Going to work everyday on the rough Haile Selassie road came the audacious idea of opening the very first restaurant on the road.
This is when a relaxing, meeting and family place came into life, carrying the standard, which gave the house its reputation.
Today, epidor became the most popular breakfast and lunch destination in Dar es Salaam with its coffee shop featuring a French bakery, Lebanese specialties alongside freshly made juices and specialty coffee.
epidor also supplies its pastries, breads and cakes to some hotels in Dar es Salaam.
